We’re an advocate for our clients and no one else, focusing less on “my buddy at… ” and more on our clients’ key-attributes and value, the cogency of their presentations, their synergies with various categories of acquirers, targeted-and-negotiated transaction processes, and our structuring and negotiating skills.
