David N. Deutsch & Company’s sale of Boston-based Safety Partners to Dallas-based Trinity Consultants (a portfolio company of New York-based private equity giant Oak Hill Capital) was named a Finalist for Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year for the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards. The winner will be announced at a black-tie dinner at the 2025 Future of Dealmaking Summit, November 18th and 19th in New York City. DNDCo founder, David Deutsch, was previously inducted into the M&A Advisor Hall of Fame and with the Thomas Farrell Memorial Award.
